The staff at Hotel Green 16 were friendly and helpful. The bed in our room was huge and the room itself was spacious. The hotel provided air conditioning and offered a quiet atmosphere. They also had a luggage storage service available at the reception. The nearby beach was accessible by a short walk and a cheap bus ride.
Felt relaxed, no complaint.

I stayed at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood, close to the golf course and main attractions. The location was convenient, with a bus stop to Pok-Ta-Pok nearby. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The bathroom had a good shower and the hotel provided complimentary shower gel and soap. the hotel had a pool and offered breakfast in the mornings.
The common areas were not well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. They paid attention to our needs and made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, as it was close to the tourist area and dance clubs, yet the surroundings were calm and quiet in the evenings. We also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store and a small delicatessen within a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with individual air conditioning units that worked well.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff here are very helpful and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the kitchenette and spacious bedrooms, are a plus. Additionally, having breakfast included in my rate was a nice perk.
All was well, no improvements needed.
